Estelle McGechie named CEO of Atomos after just four months with the company

Estelle McGechie, Атомос Chief Product Officer since joining the company in June 2021, faces a new challenge as CEO.

During her time at Atomos, МакГечи has leveraged her international experience in product development and marketing to evolve the company’s focus on software platforms and services, a key strategic pillar for Atomos. McGechie’s promotion to CEO is primarily aimed at enhancing Atomos’ ability to meet its goals of growth by expanding into new verticals with hardware and software products.

During his career, McGechie has worked at companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Logitech и Яблоко. While at Apple, Estelle oversaw product development and marketing of video applications such as Final Cut Pro, Motion и Compressor. She was also involved in the development of Apple ProRes и ProRes RAW, XML, FxPlug и Workflow Extensions technologies. Most recently, Estelle was vice president of marketing at Фрейм.io, a cloud-based video collaboration platform that was acquired by Adobe in August 2021.

New goals for Atomos
