LiveU acquires Actus Digital to enhance its recording, monitoring and AI capabilities

The business and technology of Actus Digital, a company known for its intelligent monitoring and compliance platforms, becomes part of LiveU, which with this move seeks to help its customers by improving “operational efficiency” and creating “more value from video”.

According to LiveU, this strategic acquisition will translate directly into the implementation in its portfolio of an “unrivaled” intelligent monitoring and compliance logging platform with advanced AI tools, enhancing the ability of content creators and storytellers around the world to generate more value from their videos.
