panasonicaghpx300Both for work on the shoulder and study, Panasonic has launched to the market, at a price below 9,000 euros, the Camcorder AG-HPX300 P2 HD. Capturing AVC-TRRA 4: 2: 2 to 10 bit and 2.2 native megapixels, its image trainer incorporates advanced technology of three mos of 1/3 ”2.2 megapixels to acquire images with totally native resolution. With a redesigned optical block and high precision prism fusion technology, these advanced image trainers provide exceptional image quality minimizing any glowing or Chromatic aberration.

The new AG-HPX can record in AVC-IntRA, AVC-TRRA 50, DVCPRO HD and standard definition (DVCPRO50, DVCPRO and DV), being able to in the AVC -int 100 and 50 mode work with native modes 24p/30p in Full HD with HD-SDI output.

In study configuration, HPX300 can also be used as a study chamber, being equipped with a remote control terminal (RCU) to be used with the Optional AJ-RC10G remote control unit and compatible study remote control systems. Later this year, Panasonic will launch a study configuration system adapted for the HPX300 that will include the AG-BS300 base station, the Control Extension Unit (ECU) AG-EC4 and the AG-CA300 camera remote control adapter.

With just over three and a half kilos, it is a light design camcorder, well balanced, with ergonomic handle and with all volume controls and card slots on the left side to facilitate access. The HPX300 is equipped with a wide -screen color image search engine of 1,226,000 points and a 3.2 -inch wide -screen LCD color monitor and 921,000 points. In a matter of consumption: a whole achievement, just 18W.

The AG-HPX300 P2 HD is marketed together with a Fujinon 17x target, although it can work with any interchangeable lens.
