70 premieres of the autumn TV season, created with Blackmagic

Blackmagic’s URSA Mini Pro 12K and Pocket Cinema Camera, DaVinci Resolve Studio software and other Blackmagic products have been used to shape more than 70 TV and web series and shows premiering in the fall of 2022.

These include major premieres such as Baking It, Blue Bloods, CSI:Vegas, Heels, Grey’s Anatomy, Law and Order, Motherland, NCIS, Saturday Night Live, Station 19, The Good Fight, The Peripheral, The Simpsons, Wipeout, Young Sheldon et The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power.

The producer of the latter, Ron Ames, shares his experience with Blackmagic solutions: On Rings of Power, we used Magie noire Design products throughout our whole cloud based pipeline. From camera capture to exhibition, Blackmagic Design hardware and software played an integral role in streamlining the flow of image based data. We utilized the full suite of tools from image capture through editorial, VFX and final color correction.
