Neuron et Aston (Brainstorm) améliorent les graphismes de NTV Mongolie

NTV Mongolia, the national broadcaster in the Asian country, strengthens its graphics and enhances virtual content creation by upgrading its MCR with Brainstorm’s Neuron and Aston.

Founded in 2006, NTV focuses its operations on news and entertainment programs. Following its latest renovation, Remue-méninges solutions will become an integral part of the channel’s updated look and feel by offering new graphics solutions: from 2D still images, to data-driven 3D AR elements that will operate in a more connected and efficient production environment.

The newsroom will be based on Neurone, Brainstorm’s MOS-compatible, template-based system that integrates graphics creation and management into most common newsroom, continuity and broadcast traffic operations environments. The project was carried out with the support of Whiteways Systems’ Singapore team, which designed a customized solution tailored to NTV’s editorial and operational needs. The integrator played a key role in connecting Brainstorm’s real-time graphics system with the Octopus newsroom computer system (NRCS), enabling seamless MOS-based communication between the editorial and graphics teams.

Graphic designers will also use Aston player et Aston OnDemand for greater broadcast flexibility and playlist management. Aston, capable of operating both standalone and collaborative workflows, has a new feature, Instances, which plays a crucial role in the creation of complex pieces by different designers using a common project.

Undrakhjargalant, director of news at NTV, the integration of Brainstorm systems “marks a major step in our transition to modern, real-time production.” “The ability to control and update graphics directly from both the newsroom and MCR has made our operations faster, more efficient, and visually compelling,” he remarks.
