' Resident Evil: afterlife ' has been submitted to the Spanish media in the first press conference in 3D of history. Its protagonist, Milla Jovovich, thanks to Sony's 3D technology, attended journalists in an exclusive live satellite connection to Spain from Los Angeles designed a 4 K in 3D. Cameras used for this event were the models of professional Sony PMW-EX1 and PMW-EX3.

On the occasion of the premiere on September 10 of the last installment of the franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife 3DSony Pictures Releasing of Spain organized the first ever press conference in 3D live and via satellite with the participation of Milla Jovovich, star of this film written, directed and produced by Paul W. S. Anderson.

Milla Jovovich, who returns as the deadly Alice, answered questions from the Spanish media gathered at the cinema Berlanga in Madrid, where he also enjoyed the special effects of the film from Las Angeles.

Cameras used for this event were the models of Sony Professional PMW-EX1 and PMW-EX3 and the projection was made through a modern system Digital Cinema 4 K Sony which exceeds by more than four times the resolution of systems conventional Full HD.

Initiatives how this shows the rise of 3D in the world of entertainment beginning with the film industry, to get home through the world of video games and a wide range of equipment such as televisions, Blu-ray, laptop computers or digital cameras.
