Kinoton develops a new player for digital signage
The KDS is a plug-and-play, compact all-in-one proposal, which combines hardware and software, facilitating the management and distribution of content and advertising both on individual digital signage screens and on networks with centralized management.
The German manufacturer Kinoton has developed a new player for digital signage. It is a compact all-in-one proposal that combines hardware and software that facilitates the management and distribution of content and advertising.
The KDS Digital Signage Player is easy to install, plug-and-play, without the need for complex integration systems. The easy-to-use software, once installed on the player, offers great flexibility in the design and animation of each of the contents.
In addition to the classic full screen view, the screen can be divided into several segments that show different content such as videos, spots, TV programs, news and presentations, at the same time. Thanks to the templates included in the KDS software, even single users or users with little experience in computer graphics will be able to easily import, collect and play alternate content with all kinds of information such as schedules, news, flights... with or without audio.
The KDS Digital Signage Player supports all common multimedia content, making it the perfect content source for Kinoton's popular Litefast 360º system, as well as any other type of public display device or video projector.
The presentation cycles of each playlist can be freely programmed while the content and individual playlists can be updated over the Internet/LAN at any time, facilitating the immediate publication of offers, for example. As a professional digital signage solution, the player is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. It is also suitable for centrally controlled digital signage installations and networks.
