Adobe appoints Pierre Casanova as director of the EMEA southwest region
Casanova will oversee the company's activities in BeNeLux, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Pierre Casanova, 41 years old and a graduate of the French National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon (INSA Lyon), with a master's degree in business management from the EM business school in Lyon, has been appointed director of Adobe in the southwest EMEA region. Pierre will report directly to Mark Zablan, who was recently appointed as President of EMEA.

Su principal prioridad será ayudar con la transición de la actividad de Digital Media hacia Creative Cloud, así como apoyar en la rápida expansión del negocio de la compañía en el ámbito del Marketing Digital. El departamento de Digital Media de Adobe abarca soluciones que permiten a los clientes crear, publicar, promover y monetizar sus contenidos a través de una amplia gama de medios digitales, mientras que las soluciones de Digital Marketing permiten la optimización de las inversiones en publicidad y marketing digital.
Mark Zablan highlighted that "Adobe has a great opportunity to offer extensive digital capabilities to customers in southwestern Europe. We believe that Pierre's previous experiences and strong leadership skills will be key to further accelerate the adoption of our new cloud-based solutions."
Before joining Adobe, Pierre Casanova was Vice President of EMC's Content Management department in Northern Europe, having previously held the same responsibilities in France. In 2002, he launched the Italian subsidiary of Documentum and firmly established the leadership of publishers in Italy. He joined Documentum in 1997 to accelerate the expansion of the French subsidiary, where he was director of the industry and then of the communications sectors. Pierre Casanova began his career in 1995, working in CAD at Cadence Design Systems.
