Gestmusic and Amplify launch KAI

KAI, a pioneering solution from the production company Gestmusic (Operation Triumph) and the software developer Amplify, leverages processes based on artificial intelligence to accelerate the creation and management of pieces for high-volume entertainment productions.

Development simplifies a process that is often fragmented between different tools and teams: connects content indexing, story creation, and editing into a single narrative workflow which reduces the time spent searching, recording and rebuilding structures from scratch. With this tool, instead of manually searching and recording filmed material, editors and producers can construct narratives through prompt-based interactions y iterative workflows.

Through directions in natural language, teams can generate plots, summaries, character arcs, and thematic cuts from large volumes of material, and then refine and rework them collaboratively. In this way, KAI turns storytelling into a shared and iterative process in which multiple users can contribute and align around the same narrative space. In the background, KAI enriches the content with structured intelligence, such as transcripts, scene descriptions, emotional cues, and key narrative moments, making the material searchable and reusable as story-ready building blocks.

Fundamentally, KAI connects storytelling directly to execution. Through the Native integration with non-linear editing tools, stories, selections and structures created in KAI can be transferred directly to the editing timeline, so editors start closer to the final cut and focus on fine-tuning rather than reconstruction.

From a business perspective, KAI is designed for the realities of the production world. Their licenses and subscriptions adapt to production cycles, adjusting to the duration, intensity and logic of each project's workflow, instead of imposing unique software plans.

A project with European impetus that will see the light at ISE

KAI is part of a European innovation project in which it has received the support of EIT Culture & Creativity, an institution supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), an agency of the European Union. The project is reinforced by the participation of Fraunhofer GPA, which provides advanced knowledge in visual understanding, and an advanced artificial intelligence analysis core developed by Ugiat Technologies.

Michael Garcia, post-production director of Gestmusic, considers that this tool makes a difference by “empowering creative teams, while respecting the human nature of the process.” Aaron Lopez, general director of Amplify, expresses itself in similar terms: "It represents a big step forward in making AI truly useful for content creators. KAI does not replace creativity, but rather amplifies it, turning raw material into an intelligent, conversational asset that works at the pace of modern production."

KAI will be presented publicly for the first time in ISE 2026, a fair that will take place from February 3 to 6, 2026 in Barcelona. Visitors will be able to enjoy live demonstrations and meet the teams at the Catalonia Pavilion (Congress Square), booth CS100.
