Almost 5.4 million viewers followed Eurovision on TVE's La 1
With an average share of 33.1% share, the moment of voting gave the 'golden minute' of the day to La 1 TVE at 11:51 p.m., with 6,961,000 people watching television (41.2%).
A total of 16,061,000 people watched the Eurovision Song Contest on La 1 at some point, in which Morpheus' dream He represented TVE and came second to last. The Festival's audience was 5,369,000 people (33.1%). It was the most watched program on Saturday, which also achieved the 'golden minute' at 11:51 p.m. with 6,961,000 viewers (41.2%) pending the moment of the votes that crowned Denmark as the winner of this edition. The votes had an audience of 6,336,0000 people (39.1%).
In second place among the most viewed of the day was the complete program Eurovision Destination which brought together 4,344,000 people (28.9%), although up to 17,149,000 people followed some moment of this program hosted by Elena S. Sánchez and which TVE abruptly interrupted in full live connection with the Canary Islands (homeland of Raquel del Rosario, vocalist of El Sueño…) to make way for a canned summary of previous editions of the festival.
The performance of El Sueño de Morfeo, at 9:30 p.m., was watched by 4,789,000 people (33.3%) and 5,107,000 watched at some point the participation of the Spanish group in the contest.
