DirecTv installs Grass Valley systems in its facilities in Buenos Aires and Caracas

DirecTV continues to be at the forefront of technology in Latin America by implementing advanced Grass Valley in its renovated facilities in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Caracas (Venezuela), showing its commitment to bringing to the South American market not only the best content, but also the best image and sound quality.

The newly acquired systems include NVision's latest NV8500 Hybrid family 1152x1152 routers, advanced NV9000 series controllers, Densite 3 series signal processors and interfaces, as well as K2 Summit servers.
