200,000 registered users certify the consolidation of La Xarxa+

The Xarxa+ continues to accumulate milestones: the platform that unifies the proposals of different local Catalan televisions reaches 200,000 registered users, who can access more than 8,000 content and nearly 2,700 live events: music, sports, culture, castells…

With almost three years of life, the OTT It has become a point of reference for the local Catalan audiovisual ecosystem. This bet has earned him this same 2025 National Communication Award granted by the Generalitat of Catalonia, in the category of digital communication.

The platform allows you to see the programming of a thirty local television channels in Catalonia, recover it up to seven days ago and enjoy thematic verticals. The offer of podcasts also stands out, with more than a thousand episodes available to users; some of the content with the most views are Figuereta, Rondalles e Stories of Barcelona.

Since its premiere, La Xarxa+ has offered close to 2,700 live events and accumulates more than 8,000 contents. In this sense, sports events, castells, traditions and popular culture have become the most consumed content both in live broadcasts and in the video on demand (VOD) service. Another of the most relevant achievements of the platform is the user volume that follow the live highlights of local television channels, mostly in cultural and traditional content.
