LiveU - NAB Show 2026

ライブユー‘s complete video ecosystem will be on display at NAB 2026 (April 19–22), a trade show in Las Vegas where the company will demonstrate the reliability of solutions such as the LU900Q backpack, the LiveU IQ broadcast system, the LiveU Nexus gateway, and the LiveU Schedule automation tool.

LiveU will take advantage of its return to Las Vegas to showcase its IP video offering, the most comprehensive to date. Designed to help broadcasters and content creators adopt digital-first the brand’s ecosystem continues to transform to provide live production workflows with AI-based automation and “resilient” contribution even in the “most demanding” environments.

In the realm of news, sports, and live events, LiveU will demonstrate how cloud-native architectures and intelligent automation enable broadcasters to do more with less, reduce operating costs, and replace costly legacy infrastructure, while delivering broadcast-quality content at scale. In this regard, Actus Digital will feature prominently at the booth, showcasing the latest developments in Actus X, its intelligent monitoring platform that receives new capabilities such as native support for ATSC 3.0 monitoring with A3SA encryption; a browser-based multiviewer offering sub-second latency and new interactive controls that allow operators to synchronize and play back multiple feeds simultaneously, and automatic alert reports.

LU900Q, Nexus, and Studio

One of LiveU’s most notable devices at NAB 2026 will be the LU900Q backpack, a tool that represents, in the company’s words, “a new era in smart field units.” Natively integrating LiveU IQ technology, advanced eSIM technology, optimized 5G modems, and a MIMO antenna array, the LU900Q promises “exceptional reliability” from “virtually anywhere.”

As a smart multifunction tool, it combines advanced capabilities such as 4:2:2 encoding and dual-camera support, enabling high-quality production across a wide range of news and sports use cases: from field reporting and live events to drones and emerging workflows.

Visitors to the Las Vegas show will also be able to discover LiveU Nexus, a solution that simplifies the ingest and distribution of modern broadcasts by converting, normalizing, and routing IP feeds through protocols such as LRT, SRT, and RTMP. LiveU Nexus connects social, online, and remote sources with traditional broadcast operations, enabling broadcasters to easily serve linear, digital, and social platforms from a unified IP workflow.

Complementing field acquisition and ingest, LiveU Studio will be showcased with expanded cloud-based IP live production capabilities, including the ability to deliver multiple feeds in various formats from the same production. With a browser-based, professional-grade video switcher, support for synchronized multi-camera production, ISO recording, and instant playback, LiveU Studio enables remote and distributed teams to produce professional live content with flexibility.

A horizon marked by automation

During the show, LiveU will emphasize how workflow automation is becoming essential as broadcasters face increasing production demands with smaller teams. LiveU Schedule plays a key role in this transformation, replacing spreadsheets and duplicate tools with a centralized SaaS platform that enables intelligent scheduling, resource management, and automated execution.

LiveU will also take advantage of its time at the LVCC to showcase its latest collaborations with technology partners and its solutions for leveraging private 5G environments, moves aimed at improving the resilience and flexibility of live production.

For Gideon Gilboa, product manager and head of the Americas region at LiveU, the broadcast industry “is undergoing a fundamental shift as organizations adapt to digital-first realities and the pressure to increase live content production for more platforms, faster than ever.” This makes LiveU’s solutions relevant: “LiveU will demonstrate how broadcasters can move faster with IP-positive networks, streamline operations through workflow automation, and deliver breaking, live content at scale in a truly digital-first environment.”
