Registration period open for Cinema in Construction 19

Cinema in Progress, the double annual event at the San Sebastian and Toulouse Festivals, has opened the registration period for the next call, Cinema in Construction 19, which will be held in Toulouse on March 24 and 25, 2011. Those fiction feature films produced in the different Latin American countries that have not yet been post-produced are eligible.

Cinema in Progress, the annual double event at the San Sebastian and Toulouse Festivals, has opened the registration period for the next call, Cinema in Progress 19, which will be held in Toulouse on March 24 and 25, 2011.

This initiative of the Donostia-San Sebastián International Film Festival and the Rencontres Cinémas d’Amérique Latine of Toulouse aims to contribute to the completion of Latin American feature films that are in the post-production period.

The Cinema in Progress award and the dissemination of these projects, which is carried out exclusively for professionals at the annual events in San Sebastián and Toulouse, have contributed significantly in recent years to the completion and dissemination of some of the most outstanding Latin American feature films of recent years.

Fiction feature films produced in different Latin American countries, which have already been shot but face difficulties in the film's post-production process, are eligible for Films in Progress 19.
