Microfusa is present at the V Hall of Sound, Lighting and Audiovisual Integration AFIAL 2011 (Crystal Pavilion of the Casa de Campo in Madrid) with the latest developments in audio technology. Among the novelties that are being announced within its catalog of professional brands, the Apogee Symphony I/O recording system, the RME MADI line, the StudioLive 24.4.2 digital mixer and the latest Rode microphone models stand out.
Regarding the wide assortment of microphones and accessories that it exhibits at its stand, both for the music and audiovisual markets, the presentation of the new Rode VideoMic Pro stands out, based on the successful VideoMic, designed for video professionals who need to capture broadcast-quality audio. The new VideoMic Pro features a new lightweight and compact design that reduces noise transfer.
As for Apogee Symphony I/O, it is a multi-channel audio interface and AD/DA converter that represents the next generation in sound quality with full compatibility with Logic, Pro Tools or other CoreAudio compatible systems.
Symphony I/O is considered one of the most advanced professional multi-channel audio systems with next-generation sound quality. Thanks to a seamless integration between Apogee hardware and Apple computers, Symphony I/O is the culmination of 25 years of experience designing AD/DA converters and audio interfaces, offering a unique modular system that can operate either stand-alone or connected directly to a Mac-based audio workstation.
The Symphony I/O-equipped station will provide demonstrations of the system using Logic Studio and Pro Tools 9.
Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2
Based on the successful Studiolive 16.4.2, the new Studiolive 24.4.2 adds more versatility and possibilities by having 24 input channels, each with its class A preamplifier with PreSonus' acclaimed channels, integrate FireStudio series audio interfaces or connect it to the computer to be able to make recordings directly to the hard drive or perform the mixing process outside of our favorite recording and editing software.
Studiolive integrates a professional digital mixer with a complete multi-channel recording system, offering the most creative environment for both music production and live performances. To show all the capabilities and functionalities of the new Studiolive 24.4.2 table, the Studio One Pro software from Presonus itself will be used.
MADI by RME
The MADI protocol is the perfect solution for the simultaneous transmission of several audio channels. Unlike other technologies, MADI allows up to 64 audio channels to be transmitted over a single cable with lengths of 2,000 meters or more.
