CeilingView: Vaddio hides PTZ cameras in the ceiling
Vaddio will present at InfoComm 2011 an interesting system to hide PTZ cameras in the ceiling. This motorized system is equipped with a ClearView family camera.
Designed for the ClearView HD 18/19/20 camera family or others with a DVI/HDMI connection, Vaddio has developed an interesting mechanism that makes it possible to hide PTZ cameras in the ceiling.
This solution that will be presented at InfoComm allows the camera to be hidden in the ceiling itself when not in use. At the time of use, the mechanism gently lowers the device, which once turned off will return to its original position.
Designed for spaces conceived in a transparent architectural line, the CeilingView HideAway Lift is a solution that reduces the visual impact on walls and ceilings when the cameras are not being used.
Both the camera itself, the mount and the wiring are thus hidden with just the push of a button (power, video and control over CAT 5).
