With the new digital, stereoscopic and high definition environments, camera cards for masking, grey, white..., far from being forgotten in the drawer, are gaining more prominence. Grau Lumoninotecnia represents those of the Danish designer and manufacturer Picta under the D-Rodaje brand, which stand out for their good finish and competitive price.

It's been years since Lumoninotechnics Degree represents the camera cards of the Danish designer and manufacturer Picta under the D-Rodaje brand. There are thousands of camera cards for film, video and photography of different qualities, but Grau opted for those from the Czech manufacturer Danes Picta for their good finish and competitive price.

At this moment, the manufacturer has around twenty cards and a hundred models on order. The nine most popular are always in immediate stock at Grau:

BST1 – Gray scale and colors, matte, 6 steps, size 6x14cm.

BST3 – Card with 9 colors and 6 gray scale, matte on a cardboard base, folding, size 10x30cm.

BST4 – Masking chart of 18 colors and 6 grays, reflective on a cardboard base, size 23x33cm, includes CD with reference data.

BST13 – 20-step gray scale and color scale, semi-matte, two scales of size 6x20cm.

OW20S – 20-step gray scale, semi-matte, size 4x19cm.

DCR3SM1 – ISO12233 resolution chart, semi-matte, size 20 x 36cm.

GC3 – 3-step gray scale (1% velvet, 18% and 90%), matte on cardboard base, size 6x20cm.

GC18 – Neutral gray letter with 18% reflectance, matte on a 1mm cardboard base, size 20x25cm.

GC1890 – Neutral gray card with 18% reflectance on one side and white 90% reflectance on the other, matte on a 2mm cardboard base, size 20x25cm.

Many photography and film professionals have trained with these popular cards, once known as Kodak. With the white settings of video cameras, many letters became anonymous for new professionals and film people were crazy to get some and keep them like gold.
