Video Communication Systems attends the CAPER fair one more year along with the companies it represents and distributes for the professional broadcast, video and professional audio market.

SVC va a dar a conocer en CAPER 2011 las últimas novedades de sus empresas representadas. Entre ellas, destacan el workflow para la inserción de closed captions en archivos de la firma Softel integrado con Omneon; el nuevo MediaDeck 7000; la solución Interact para crear archivos y poner gráficos interactivos al aire de Orad; los video switchers portables HVS300 y HVS350 de For-A; el iTX, la nueva plataforma de playout multicanal basada en IT de Miranda; y las soluciones para transporte de datos a alta velocidad por redes IP de Aspera.

Likewise, Avid's new products working integrated with audio solutions will be presented, the sound offered by the Venue SC48 console will be tested, and the new Venom synthesizer from M-Audio and the Artist Series consoles from Euphonix will be shown.

On the other hand, DVG, SVC's professional video division, will have its own stand where visitors will be able to see and check the operation of the new Full HD professional 3D camera, GY-HMZ1 from JVC, as well as the 46″ GD-463D10 3D monitor, and the GY-HM150 and 750 Pro HD cameras from JVC. Varizoom professional accessories, Ikan monitors, Vinten tripods and Gefen extenders and audio and video connectivity solutions will also be on display.

Workshops de SVC

Also, as in previous editions, different workshops will be offered to show new products and workflows, aimed at our most varied audiences and clients. These workshops will take place at the Costa Salguero Center in Pavilion 5 and, among other topics, will address sound post-production for music and TV, with practical examples of projects carried out for the professional industry by Ricardo Pegnotti, director of DAG, the audio division of SVC, and Alejandro Mateos, musician and artistic producer.

Likewise, Masstech Grou will talk about modern solutions for the historical archiving of audiovisual content in all its production, post-production, Play Out and archiving processes, saving material in LTO and recovery techniques for historical files; and Diego Dugatkin, product management at Aspera, will address content transfer software that accelerates transfer over public, private, satellite or wireless IP networks.

Likewise, JVC will explain the new technologies in HDTV and 3D cameras and the differences in the application of CMOS and CCD technologies and Miranda Technologies will speak on the automation of Play Out based on file digitization, and the operation of Itx, Miranda's IT-based automatic transmission platform, integrating into a single system functionalities such as Video Server, Master Control switcher, Logo inserter, Character generator, Still storage, Audio Sources, DVE, Caption/V-chip shrink and automation system for the broadcast of a conventional TV channel (terrestrial, cable or satellite) or IPTV, MOBILE or VOD (video on demand). You will also be able to see preview functions, modifications to the content, delete or rename clips, add metadata to the content, customize it, among other functionalities.
