Con VCC, los proveedores pueden crear un único servicio con un aspecto unificado publicando contenido de fuentes múltiples, o permitir a los propietarios de contenido crear sus propios canales de marca, que se publican a través de la plataforma Vimond del proveedor.

Vimond Media Solutions will present at IBC 2012 a beta version of Vimond Control Center (VCC), a video management tool based on the company's robust online video platform (OVP). This solution is intended to simplify and accelerate the publishing workflow. The Vimond Control Center has been designed for broadcasters and distributors who want to monetize their content directly to end users, and for content distributors who want to expand their offering and offer catch-up services.

One of its peculiarities is its self-service feature that allows OTT service providers to attract a large number of content contributors by giving them restricted access to their accounts. Content contributors, after identifying themselves, can create their own channels and upload their own videos to be distributed through the provider's platform. At that point an administrator on the provider side approves the content before it is published. This approval workflow gives the supplier greater potential to make money with little effort.

VCC differentiates itself from other open virtual platform (OVP) solutions in that it focuses on multi-screen deployments, allowing attractive TV services to be published across all screens; Over-the-top (OTT) production workflows; speed and integration.

Con VCC, los proveedores pueden crear un único servicio con un aspecto unificado publicando contenido de fuentes múltiples, o permitir a los propietarios de contenido crear sus propios canales de marca, que se publican a través de la plataforma Vimond del proveedor.

VCC allows different departments within an organization to work in a collaborative environment, creating different content packages without having to worry about ingesting or managing the content.

In turn, content editors can edit without regard to pricing structures while administrators control access to material based on rights.
