The Italian RAI acquires more than a thousand Trimaster EL OLED monitors from Sony

Radiotelevisione Italiana awards in a public tender the purchase of 1,105 Trimaster EL monitors from Sony over the next three years.

RAI/Radiotelevisione Italiana has announced a significant investment in OLED monitors from Sony for use in production and post-production tasks.

This is one of the loudest endorsements of Sony's Trimaster EL technology, awarded in a public tender and which will supply a total of 1,105 monitors to the RAI over a period of three years. Sony's OLED technology convinced with its exceptional color reproduction, unprecedented black levels and fast image refresh rate.

OLED is a leading display technology and Sony's privileged position in this market is testament to its ability to offer innovative technology at an affordable price. All Sony OLED monitors include the popular Trimaster EL technology, which increases processing power and allows users to make the most of the incredible image quality they offer. Other advantages include deep black and high dynamic range, no motion blur, a wide color gamut, and highly accurate image reproduction; Sony Trimaster EL OLED monitors offer a superior viewing experience than tube and LCD monitors.
