Ingevideo presents Prime 41 from OptiTrack for tracking in large volumes and great precision
It offers features such as Aim Assist technology for single-user installation, synchronized reference video with 3D data overlay, and visual status on the camera and activity indicator.
Driven by a global shutter, this real-time image processing system along with powerful lenses make it possible to capture the most nuanced movements with ease.
In the design of the Prime series, the entire lifespan of a motion capture camera from mounting, installation, capture and disassembly has been considered.
In addition to the essentials we're used to, it offers features like Aim Assist technology for single-user installation, synchronized reference video with 3D data overlay, and visual status on the camera and activity indicator.
Easy setup
A single person can configure efficiently and completely by relying on Aim Assist. Just the press of a button brings the camera view to full screen, sets the image to grayscale and increases the exposure for additional lighting and better image clarity. These settings allow you to view the image so that placement of reference markers on the capture volume floor is no longer necessary. Thus, it is possible to point each camera comfortably and accurately without even having to touch the software interface and, once one camera has been aimed, move on to the next with the press of a button.
By running any Prime 41 camera in full screen, grayscale, it can be transformed into a reference camera to monitor volume activity. Thanks to the calibration and synchronization of the reference cameras, it is possible to achieve a 3D scene with marker overlay and the perfect skeleton for improved definition and pre-visualization. Real-time compression in the camera itself ensures that high-resolution MJPEG reference video will not tax system bandwidth.
Gigabit Ethernet I/O and PoE+ provide the Prime 41 with extensive cabling range (up to 300'), massive bandwidth capabilities, and 25W power. When combined with in-camera MJPEG compression, GigE data transfer allows multiple cameras to operate in full-frame grayscale simultaneously.
