INA Expert invests in Yamaha Nuage

The French INA begins a training program that includes training for Nuage and Nuendo 6, Dante audio networks, CL consoles and other tools such as the DUGAN-MY16 automix card, the MY4-AEC echo canceller and the AFC3 active field control system.

The French Audiovisual Institute (INA), which with four decades of activity has become one of the best European training centers for AV and digital media, has trusted in the new “flagship” solution of Yamaha for audio post-production, Nuage.

At one of its flagship facilities, INA Expert, the French institute trains 5,500 students and professionals each year using the latest production technology. Their investment in Nuage underlines their commitment and recognizes the radical redefinition that Yamaha's new system brings to audio post-production.

Yamaha and INA Expert have enjoyed a close relationship as partners in training environments since 2005. The announcement of the adoption of Nuage was made at a professional audio forum attended by over a hundred audio consultants, operators and integrators. Hosted at the INA training center in Bry-sur-Marne, east of Paris, the two-day event brought together Yamaha experts and Steinberg product specialists alongside the institute's trainers in a series of seminars and workshops.

The training program developed by the INA includes training with Nuage and Nuendo 6, Dante audio networks, CL consoles and other tools such as the DUGAN-MY16 automix card, the MY4-AEC echo canceller and the AFC3 active field control system.

The event also announced the dates of the first Nuage course, a five-day session, which will be held from December 16 to 20 this year, and a Nuendo 6 course from October 14 to 18. A one-day course in September on audio mixing for documentary and drama was also announced.
