Litepanels has just launched the new Croma Flight Kit. Based on the popular Litepanels Croma variable temperature color kit, this lightweight and compact kit is designed for environments where speed to deploy good lighting is key.

This kit comes complete with everything needed for typical set lighting applications. This includes three Croma LED panels and their corresponding diffusion gels, all types of adapters, power supplies...

Additionally, the kit includes the popular Manfrotto Justin clamp for use when a light source is needed in tight or confined locations.

All equipment is kept secure and highly portable in a compact cart-style hard case with custom-made hard foam padding. In addition, it is perfectly suited for the hold of an airplane.

At the heart of the kit we find Croma, which combines both daylight and tungsten balanced light LEDs. The blend of the two LEDs can be controlled via a single ergonomic line to effortlessly adjust to any ambient light or create artistic effects. Through manual control, Croma offers smooth dimming from 100% to 0 without color change or flickering.

Each Croma offers results comparable to a 40W or 90W tungsten HMI lamp and can operate for up to 1.5 hours on six AA batteries. The kit also includes 3 each international AC adapter plugs.

The entire kit barely weighs 11.8 kilos, making it one of the lightest and most compact professional lighting kits available.
