Spanish content improves its export figures
Second consecutive year of success for international television sales with a growth of 6.6%. New financing formulas and clear vocation for the international business design a new profile for Spanish content.
One more year, the Cannes Autumn Fair will be an international meeting and exhibition point for Spanish production. Audiovisual From Spain with 22 exhibitors and a total of 130 participants hosts the most numerous group of Spanish professionals.
The Audiovisual Stand From Spain is organized by ICEX (Spain export and investments), together with the Xunta de Galicia, with the collaboration of the Confederation of Associations of Audiovisual Producers of Spain, FAPAE. And it has the following exhibiting companies: Atresmedia, Boomerang TV International, CIN TV, TV commercial, explore Films, Film Factory Entertainment, Filmax International, Filmotec, Finding4you, Grupo Ganga Producciones, Imira Entertainment, Inspire Content, Mediaset España, ounce Sogepaq, Veralia Audiovisual Content, Vertex Sales, Vodka and Grupo ZZJ. In addition to 11 companies representing the Galician audiovisual panorama.
Increase in export
International sales of Spanish audiovisual production, according to data published in the annual report of the FAPAE of 2012, increase as a whole by 13.2%, corresponding 6.6% to the sales of content for television and 19.9% to the large screen. Commercial success in America as a whole that represents 37% of the total volume of exports and especially Latin America that maintains a constant growth rate.
According to the FAPAE Annual Report, the main destinations of the Spanish product are Western Europe (36 %), Latin America (24 %), Centro Europe and Eastern countries (18 %), and the US (13 %).
Nuevos modelos de negocio

Argentina, guest country in Mipcom
Argentina will be "guest country" in this edition of the MIPCOM (as happened with Spain in 2008), during the event a large number of activities framed under the slogan "Focus on Argentina" will be held.
Based on the close professional and economic ties between Argentina and Spain, the celebration of a bilateral meeting between the Spanish audiovisual industry and Argentina, coordinated from ICEX with the collaboration of INCAA (National Institute of Film and Audiovisual Arts of Argentina) is planned.
The activity aims to promote collaboration between Spanish and Argentine companies in the areas of: co -production, sale of content, search for products for catalog expansion and acquisitions. More than 30 companies from both countries participate in the meeting.
