Atresplayer launches its new App for the Tizen version of Samsung Smart TV

Atresplayer launches its application in the Tizen version of Samsung Smart TV, available in the most current versions of Samsung connected televisions.

The incorporation of Atresplayer in Tizen, an open source, HTML5-based multiplatform operating system that Samsung has adapted to its Smart TV platform since 2015, favors user access to content, improves the user experience and allows interaction with other devices within the home.

Users who download this new application will be able to enjoy all Atresplayer content from their Samsung Smart TV, with incredible image quality: the premiere of the season's series La casa de Papel, the final stretch of Top Chef, Abajo Abajo, the return of Salvados, as well as the most consolidated content from the Atresmedia lineup such as el Hormiguero 3.0, El Intermedio o Al Rojo vivo.

Desde su lanzamiento en 2013, Atresplayer está disponible en PC, smartphones y tabletas (iOS, Android y Windows), Smart TV, consolas de videojuego y accesos desde Google Chromecast. La aplicación supera ya los 9,3 millones descargas para dispositivos móviles (tabletas y smartphones; iOS, Android y Windows).
