BIT Experience 2017 presents its agenda focused on 4K, HDR, 5G, OTT and eSports
The new edition, which will take place on October 4 and 5 at Feria de Madrid, will feature the participation of more than 40 speakers at the highest level who will share with attendees their vision of the present and future of the audiovisual industry.
BIT Experience 2017 over two days will bring together professionals from the audiovisual sector, digital media and the creative industry on October 4 and 5 at Feria de Madrid to share a privileged vision of the ICT and media industry. Organized by IFEMA and Comunicare Digitale, with Panorama Audiovisual as Main Media Partner, these days will include both plenary sessions (presentations and round tables) and workshops that will address the most burning issues of the moment.
More than 40 speakers at the highest level will share with more than 2,600 professionals, their vision on the audiovisual industry, discussing key issues such as 4K/UHD, 5G, digital dividend, virtual and augmented reality, production of digital content and new business models in a more convergent and global environment.
Among the speakers who will participate in this edition are Paolo Vasile, CEO of Mediaset España; Pere Vila i Fumas, Director of Innovation at RTVE; Emili Planas, CTO at Mediapro; Mark Harrison, Managing Director Digital Production Partnership (United Kingdom); Elena Neira, The Other Screen; Pablo Romero Sulla, Tarkinia; Roger Casas Alatriste, El Cañonazo; Sergi Figuerola, I2Cat – 5G City; Adolfo Muñoz Berrón, RTVE; José Manuel Villar, Villar Aregui Abogados; Miguel Ángel García Argüelles, FENITEL; Alejandro Touriño, ECIJA; or Sonia Got, Mediaset Spain.
This edition is presented with a renewed approach and with a clear European vocation that turns the event into a unique and clear opportunity to do business in the audiovisual market and in the new digital and multimedia environments. With the participation of María Rua Aguete, executive director of IHS Markit, it will be possible to know in detail the situation of the media in Europe, with specific data, new trends and future scenarios; while Francisco Asensi from Tarkinia will give his expert vision on the eSports phenomenon that is triggering million-dollar investment around the world.
María Valcarce, director of Bit and Bit Experience (IFEMA), has pointed out that these days “are emerging as the most important moment of the Broadcast, medium and digital sector in Spain, not only for its spectacular agenda, but also for offering avant -garde workshops with a program of interest for the sector and a networking at the highest level”.
