Concha Velasco and Fernando Navarrete at the 2018 Panorama AwardsIn his gratitude, Navarrete, who serves as vice-president of the Tv Academy, reviewed the evolution of television and how those like him in the 70s and 80s produced programs that millions of viewers followed in an artisanal way and with rudimentary technology.
