Gol celebrates its second anniversary with an average share of 1%

The sports network is the leader among DTT sports themes and closes its second year with audience growth of more than 40%.

24 months after its launch, Gol celebrates its second birthday being the leader among the DTT sports themed channels and averaging a 1% share in its second season on air.

The channel has achieved audience growth of more than 40% in its second year of broadcasts and in just 4 months GOL has exceeded 1% of screen share in 2018. In addition, the sports channel is the youngest and the one that is growing the most among the new DTT channels launched in 2016.

El fútbol femenino ha sido otra de las grandes apuestas de Gol en su segundo año en antena, incorporando en la parrilla dos partidos por jornada de la Liga Iberdrola, la Copa de la Reina, la final de la UEFA Women’s Champions League, partidos de clasificación de la Selección Española para el Mundial de Francia o la final del Campeonato Europeo femenino Sub-17.
