The SGAE Foundation and the Canary Islands Audiovisual Cluster organize a meeting with Imanol Uribe
The first edition of the 'Cinema Snack' meetings brings together creators and producers to develop strategic thinking in the Canary Islands audiovisual sector.
The SGAE Foundation and the Audiovisual Cluster of the Canary Islands have organized the first edition of Merienda de cine, a meeting between creators and producers that serves to develop strategic thinking in the Canarian audiovisual sector and that will have the special assistance of the film director Imanol Uribe, winner of 5 Goya awards.
The meeting will take place on July 3 and 4, at 6 p.m., at the Centro Acción Cultural Solar de Santa Cruz de Tenerife (San Lucas, 25) and at the Palacete Rodríguez Quegles (Writer Benito Pérez Galdós, 4) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, respectively.
This initiative is the continuation of the film breakfasts held punctually in 2017 and 2018 by both entities and responds to the urgent need of the Canarian audiovisual sector to position itself as a strategic value of the national industry. For a few years now, the archipelago has established itself as one of the preferred spaces for the industry.
The SGAE Foundation seeks, with these meetings, to position authorship as a key element of the sector and promote the development of the cultural sector and its economic repercussions on society.
Participation is completely free, but is reserved for CLAC, SOLAR and SGAE members upon registration before June 30 in this email: administracion@webclac.org
