RTV38 renews one of its studios with PTZs and robotic systems from Panasonic

Various equipment Panasonic, among which several PTZ cameras, control systems and other robotic solutions, star in the latest integration of RTV38.

RTV38 is a television that operates from the heart of Italy to provide national coverage through its digital terrestrial television, and reach the entire world via streaming. Television alternates extreme current affairs formats with entertainment and cultural programs to preserve the Tuscan identity and keep all the inhabitants of the region informed.

Recently, the network has decided to bring automation to one of its main production studios, eliminating any manual interaction with the cameras from the set. To complete this project, RTV38 has trusted teams of Panasonic, such as 4K PTZ cameras AW-UE160 or control panel AW-RP150 (among other solutions), and in various robotic systems, including a dolly system on a curved track, or various motorized columns of different shapes and configurations. In total, the Panasonic control panel, in combination with the software application Tuning, is capable of controlling five robotic systems from the same place.

Panasonic Connect created a video hosted by Jaume Miro, product manager of the company's European division, in which he transfers all the keys to this project.
