EITB renews its mobile units and Miramón with Fujinon optics

A remarkable selection of optics Fujinon (Fujifilm) land at the Miramón production center (San Sebastián) and the mobile units of EITB, Basque public radio and television.

The project has been executed in three phases and, in total, Fujifilm has supplied 6 units Fujinon UA14x4.5BERD-S10, with 4K premier range wide-angle optics; 4 standard units Fujinon UA18x7.6BERD-S10; 17 Fujinon units UA23x7.6BERD-S10; 2 Fujinon units UA107x8.4BESM-T45, y 27 SS-15D Zoom and Focus Control Kits. The optics stand out for their versatility, lightness and compact size, which will allow them to be used in ENG applications, studies, mobile coverage or live sports.

The department EITB Media justifies the immersion in Fujinon's optics in the “need for renovation, either due to wear or tear, or due to technological advances, of chains and cameras intended for production in mobile units and studios." Likewise, the Basque corporation's team highlights the commitment to optics. HD/4K UHD such as the UA18X7.6BERD-S10 or the UA107x8.4BESM: “Based on the evaluation criteria of the value judgment made, those from Fujifilm were the best valued in terms of their technical value and quality.”

The awarding of the optics Fujinon and its arrival at the EITB mobile units and Miramón center corresponds to the resolution of the working hours 2022.24 presented by EITB Media.
