TVU Networks will present new AI technologies that can be integrated throughout its ecosystem at NAB 2024
The continued innovation of the TVU Media Lab of TVU Networks will materialize during NAB 2024 (April 13-17, Las Vegas) in the form of AI-focused news that aims to “expand what is possible in broadcast.”
The research and development center TVU Media Lab backbones the strategy of TVU Networks in matters of research and development. Over the past 19 years, this initiative has driven numerous advances such as MediaMind, a solution that leverages AI to combine voice recognition and facial recognition. In this way, the system is able to automatically create metadata and enable “self-aware” content, simplifying production workflows.
Looking ahead to NAB 2024, TVU Networks anticipates a series of artificial intelligence initiatives “human-centered” whose objective is to expand “what is possible in broadcast.” Among these initiatives is the chatbot Media Solution AI, a tool already accessible through the TVU website that allows users to enter their specific challenges, such as the implementation of remote production (REMI), and receive tailored solutions. TVU technology can be seamlessly integrated into various workflows, such as TVU MediaMind, TVU Producer and TVU Channel, allowing professionals to work from procurement to distribution. In the words of TVU, by adopting these initiatives, broadcasters and content creators can “unlock new levels of efficiency and creativity.” Other improvements in AI will be the automation of advertising reports, the clipping content or transcripts.
Paul Shen, CEO of TVU Networks, considers that the company's presence at NAB 2024 will be a “testimony” of the company's commitment to promoting innovation. “”Our AI initiatives are poised to change the way professionals work, and we invite everyone to visit our booth to experience these solutions first-hand,” says the CEO.
