AEQ - Forum IP Lite - Aragón Radio

The digital table AEQ Forum Lite with 12 faders has been the key tool for outdoor coverage of Aragon Radio of Pilar Day, patron saint of Aragon and Zaragoza, its capital.

Aragon Radio, the public radio of Aragon, began its regular broadcasts in October 2005 with the aim of providing a public service marked by proximity, plurality, informative rigor and quality. Recently, the station has decided to use the digital console AEQ Forum to cover Pilar Day from Zaragoza for its “ease of use, robustness of operation and high audio quality.”

The solution incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut-off, cough cut-off, faderstart, signaling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, management of external communications or intercommunication. With a Modular design and small size, the system adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-control, booth-control, television production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in large installations, etc.

The Aragón Radio project has been complemented with an interface Netbox 4MH, a tool designed with the need for radio booths and stages, as well as multimedia spaces and TV sets, to have high-quality microphone inputs and headphone outputs through an IP network over the Dante protocol.

The entire project has been led by the technical manager of Aragón Radio, Juan Rocha. On behalf of AEQ, Guadalupe Lopez has participated in commercial management, while Raul Moreta He has led the technical and configuration aspects.
