Ventana Madrid 2025 returns with a program aimed at strengthening Madrid production
The 11th edition of Madrid Window, which from October 20 to 22 offers a program with business pitchings, meetings focused on financing and business management, and networking and exclusive meetings that seeks to strengthen Madrid production companies so that they act as a growth engine for the sector.
Ventana Madrid offers in its 2025 edition a innovative corporate profile, focused on the strengthening and scalability of participating Madrid production companies, facilitating investment and business opportunities. In this way, the event seeks to consolidate itself as the “only forum” of the audiovisual industry in our country. with business focus and not projects, aimed at promoting audiovisual production companies and their business models.
The event begins on Monday the 20th with a preparatory session and specialized advice by Screen Capital, an exclusive meeting designed for the selected production companies that will lay the foundations for their participation. However, the real bulk of the program starts on Tuesday the 21st with several sessions of pitching business where the selected production companies will have the opportunity to present their business profiles and slate before a wide range of companies.
This intense day of presentations that will be complemented by the presentation “Madrid, territory of opportunities for the international audiovisual industry”, given by Alberto Oro from Invest in Madrid (Community of Madrid) and Nuria Román Bernet, Deputy Director General of the Office of Strategic Projects and Business Participation of the Madrid City Council, who together with Carlo D'Ursi, president of AMA, will highlight the value of the region as hub of production and as a territory of opportunities for the international audiovisual industry. In it, not only national talent will be highlighted, but also how the region (with Madrid city as the epicenter) is a pole of attraction for the global audiovisual industry.
Additionally, on Wednesday the 21st there will be a block focused on financing and business management, starting with the presentation “Financing for audiovisual and cultural SMEs”, offered by Antoni Rondan Justribó from ENISA (National Innovation Company SA). Going deeper into this topic, the Madrid Audiovisual Cluster organizes the round table “Managing the entry of investors into audiovisual production companies”, que contará con la participación de Patricia Spa García Luján, socia de Culture Cap7 Fund, Sara Fernández Velasco (CEO de Izen Producciones; Pedro Martín Cerezo (Director Área Audiovisual de CREA SGR; Jose Luis Sanchidrián Blázquez, socio de Akerton Partners; moderados por Teresa Azcona Alejandre, directora gerente del Clúster Audiovisual de Madrid). La sesión dedicará un tiempo al Q&A con el propio Clúster, permitiendo a los asistentes resolver sus dudas y ahondar en las estrategias discutidas. El programa culminará con la entrega de premios, reconociendo el talento y los modelos empresariales destacados.

There are 18 Madrid production companies participating in Ventana Madrid 2025, who will have the opportunity to share their slate of films and their future plans, open to investments or participation: Lagos y Viva Films Media.
All of them will enjoy the advantages of participating in this audiovisual professional forum: personalized meeting agenda with decision makers international, business opportunities, training activities, and spaces for networking and the matchmaking. In addition, they will be able to opt for the eight awards that will be awarded in this edition (Award for the best young company, Award for the best internationalization strategy, Award for the best business pitch, SDG Impact Award, Ventana Sur Award, Térrea Award, Cøllage Award, and Miércoles Entertainment Award), valued at more than €32,000.
The international professionals participating in Ventana Madrid come from 10 countries (Canada, United States, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, United Kingdom and Spain) and come to the event with the interest of exploring the facilities and business opportunities linked to co-production, distribution, recruiting talents and IPs, branded content and services linked to the powerful audiovisual sector based in Madrid.
