Joker Television will distribute VideoBridge in Spain

Bridge Technologies has closed an agreement with the new Madrid company Joker Tv for the distribution in the Spanish market of this solution for monitoring from the headend to the STB in digital networks over IP.

The Norwegian Bridge Technologies has closed a distribution agreement with Joker Television, a young company from Madrid whose objective is to offer solutions in a new digital television environment. The agreement, limited to the Spanish market, provides for the sale and support of the VideoBridge monitoring product line. This solution includes the most advanced technology for monitoring signals from the headend to the set-top-boxes by broadcasters, telecoms and network operators.

Ignacio Fernández Lázaro, general director of Joker Tv, commented that the VideoBridge system "is an excellent solution for digital television operators, as it allows them to follow and solve problems wherever they occur in the broadcast chain, with the minimum of delay, and usually before the problem has affected the service. For broadcasters and telecommunications operators it is of vital importance to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. VideoBridge makes this possible, in addition to reducing maintenance costs of the service.”
