Fomento de San Sebastián, the municipal company in charge of the sustainable economic development of Donostia, will organize on September 22 the II Meeting of Audiovisual Companies City of San Sebastián, an initiative that aims to provide local companies with a new vision of the business opportunities that exist around the audiovisual industry and that go beyond the traditional work of production companies, linked to film and television.

This event is part of the Pi@ strategy led by Fomento de San Sebastián, which seeks to strengthen the audiovisual industry as one of the engines of the local economy, a generator of business and employment opportunities. Within this strategy, we collaborate with the Film Festival, as well as with all public and private agents who can contribute their knowledge to move towards a solid audiovisual industry.

Thus, the objective of these meetings is to collect successful initiatives that are being developed in different places and that can serve as an example for local companies to explore and undertake new business avenues.
