13 TV signs an agreement with Sony Pictures Television
Carmen Summers (Antena 3, Estreno Digital, Multipark and RTV Castilla La Mancha) signs for 13 Tv as director of External Production.
13 TV takes another step in its strategy of launching new content and strengthening its programming schedule with the signing of an agreement with Sony Pictures Television, a subsidiary of a US-based film studio that currently distributes its products in more than 140 countries around the world. In this way, 13 TV becomes the first of the last channels to join DTT that reaches an agreement with one of the largest multinationals in the entertainment sector.
The signing of this contract, which has been in the works since September, is another example of the strategic value that cinema has in 13 TV's programming as a whole and its commitment to quality content. Currently, the channel broadcasts more than 20 titles a week and has two in-house production spaces focused on the world of cinema: Seat 13 y Big Screen.
