Bizkaia Radio Point Select the AEQ Arena console

With these AEQ Arena digital consoles, Punto Radio Bizkaia studies become one of the most technically advanced in their coverage zone.

The Radio Punto Radio Bizkaia radio station has replaced the AEQ analog consoles that had so far the new AEQ Arena digital consoles in its studies in Bilbao.

This change decision was considered for a few months and different alternatives for the technological transition of these facilities were studied, the experience and recognition of the equipment installed in their environment, fundamental when making the final decision.

With these AEQ Arena digital consoles, these studies become one of the most technically advanced in their coverage zone, having the same material as the latest facilities of the autonomous station of the Basque Country considered as the most advanced so far.

AEQ Arena is a digital mixing table for broadcasting applications, specially designed for Onair emission control and adaptable to different work situations of the current radio. Incorporates all the necessary basic characteristics in this type of environments: automatic cutting cutters, cough cutting, FadersTart, signaling control, control signals for automation of external equipment, external communications management, intercommunication, etc. Thanks to its special characteristics, it adapts to different work situations: self-control, control-locutory, control associated with several broadcasters, mixed configurations, integration into large facilities ...

The entire project has been executed by the Technical Department of Punto Radio Bizkaia, with its director Vicente Llarena at the head, in coordination with the commercial head of AEQ in the area, Luis Miguel Saáchez-Migallón, and the technical staff of this manufacturer.
