First Soundcraft Users Day: a day of news and exchange

This event was designed exclusively for users of Soundcraft digital tables, with the aim of strengthening ties between the brand and its customers, but also to encourage the exchange of knowledge and concerns of attendees.

Recently Earpro has celebrated the first Soundcraft Users Day, a meeting of users of digital tables of Soundcraft, in Barcelona.

This event was designed exclusively for users of Soundcraft digital tables, with the aim of strengthening ties between the brand and its customers, but also to encourage the exchange of knowledge and concerns of attendees.

Throughout the day, participants were able to listen to presentations by Andy Brown, Senior Product Manager at Soundcraft, Richard Ayes, Product Manager at Soundcraft and Jamie Ward Regional Sales Manager at Harman, as well as Soundcraft's Product Manager in Spain, Kiko Margalef.

As notable novelties, the new V2.1 software for Si Compact, the new remote connectivity possibilities (CBS, DOGS) and the new ViSi application for iPad were presented in detail.

In addition to the technical presentations, users were able to ask questions and express their points of view, which those responsible for Soundcraft, as well as the Earpro technical team, collected. In them, the need (and desire) to bring the brand closer to users became evident and, in parallel, the willingness of attendees to establish feedback among themselves.

With this event, Earpro and Soundcraft further strengthen their collaboration, offering all the tools at their disposal to be at the side of their digital table customers.

Given the good response from attendees and their proactivity, Earpro hopes to repeat the Soundcraft Users Day in the future, considering promoting interactions between Soundcraft users with new actions.
