Mike Oldham joins the company as President of the Americas Region to drive growth and transition to selling solutions in this market, including Canada and Latin America. Meanwhile, Alan Wright and Andrew Sedek will both be promoted as presidents of the EMEA and Asia Pacific Region.

With the first phase of its transformation complete, Grass Valley is today a profitable independent company, with a unified product line, modernized services, efficient supply chain and coherent global management. The next phase of the strategic plan now focuses on transforming the sales and marketing organization to better serve its customers with the creation of four new executive positions, three regional presidents and a marketing director, all under the supervision of Alain Andreoli, president and CEO.

Meanwhile, Alan Wright and Andrew Sedek will also be promoted as presidents of the EMEA and Asia Pacific Regions, respectively, with Sharp Graham, senior vice president of Corporate Development taking on the additional role of chief marketing officer.

The company has also announced that Jeff Rosica, current Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing, and who piloted the sale of Grass Valley to Francisco Partners turning the company into a profitable business, will leave the company at the end of the year. As part of the transition, Jeff will remain as a strategic advisor working closely with the CEO until the end of November, helping to ensure a smooth transition.
