After the latest acquisitions by the group Vitec Videocom from Teradek, SmallHD and Paralinx, the company has now chosen to reorganize its divisional structure.

Matt Danilowicz, CEO of Vitec Videocom, believes that the group "is the only one that combines legendary brands that have been around for decades with young companies that emerged from this new generation of creators. Like our brands, we have assembled a management team that has years of experience in the video industry, and who are also, in many cases, pioneering entrepreneurs. This new structure will help us continue to inspire videographers in the future, with the same commitment that we bring every day to the largest broadcasters in the world, film studios and production companies.”
