Among the improvements that the platform incorporates, support for new standards and editing with Dalet One Cut stands out.

Dalet Digital Media Systems This IBC 2012 launches the latest version of Dalet Galaxy, its Media Asset Management (MAM) platform.

Dalet Galaxy includes a powerful workflow engine based on BPMN 2.0 specially designed for media environments in order to increase productivity while increasing operational and business possibilities.

Among the new features that Dalet Galaxy highlights are Dalet One Cut, a framework for multitrack video editing, a modern graphical interface, greater customization of data models, advanced tools for search and indexing, increased interoperability with NLEs and support for the latest industry standards such as AS-02 and FIMS.

Dalet Galaxy continues the company's tradition of designing MAM solutions in different packages: Dalet Media Life for program prep and archiving, Dalet News Suite for news production and distribution, Dalet Sports Factory for live event and sports production and Dalet Radio Suite for multi-platform news and music programming.
By working in a standardized BPM environment, Dalet Galaxy responds to the needs of broadcasters and media companies for specific workflows to achieve fully visible operational and business processes.

It should be noted that directors and managers can view the total workflow at all times as well as by levels. They can monitor the progress of the internal processes of each step of the workflow and check the status of the media to determine priorities or adjustments to ensure that everything is ready for the day or time set for closing.

The BPM engine includes easy-to-use tools for designing and modeling workflows for better coordination of both automated processes (transcoding, file transfer, etc.) and those in which personnel directly intervene.

Dalet Xtend

On the other hand, Dalet has announced at IBC 2012 the update of the Dalet Xtend module for the Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 software. The new module, which provides a seamless collaborative workflow between the Dalet Media Asset Management (MAM) platform and Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, is on display in Amsterdam as part of Dalet's MAM solutions for sports, news, program production and archiving.

Finally, highlight the presentation at IBC of Dalet Brio, a solution for remote recording and playback, with multi-camera management with synchronized ingestion. It includes possibilities such as Expresso (with optional JogShuttle) or Media Navigator (for immediate access to material).
