New Shure microsite for broadcast products
Shure launches a micro-site dedicated exclusively to broadcast products and applications, at the same time as collecting all the information on these products on its newly launched website for Spain.
In recent months, Shure has launched numerous new products for broadcast applications, such as the Axient wireless system, the UR3 portable transmitter and the Diversity UR5 portable receiver or also the VP shotgun microphones, all of them developed for broadcasting, outdoor sound, electronic news production (ENG), theater and video production.
Now, the brand goes one step further with the launch of a micro-site dedicated exclusively to broadcast products and applications, in addition to all the information about these products on its newly launched page web for Spain.
The microsite is divided into three main sections, depending on the type of application. The first two sections address Shure solutions in digital SLR cameras and camcorders, or in professional production applications. Both applications can be solved with Shure FP and UHF-R wireless systems. FP wireless systems are the perfect choice in situations where portability is a key element, such as capturing professional sound in the most demanding environments of dynamic video recording and electronic field production (EFP).
With a rugged design, the latest technological advances and unparalleled RF performance, UHF-R systems offer audio professionals all the features and flexibility needed to seamlessly control up to 108 systems.
The third section introduces Shure products for field recording, distinguishing shotgun microphones from handheld microphones.
In this section we find, among other references, the VP82 and VP89 shotgun microphones. The VP82 is a small shotgun microphone with a fixed tube for semi-professional applications. The VP89 models are modular design shotgun microphones with a low profile, easy handling, and feature a high-end RF-immune preamp design
We can also delve deeper into the possibilities offered by the VP64A, SM63 and VP88 handheld microphones. The VP64A is a high-output handheld omnidirectional dynamic microphone designed for professional audio and video productions.
On the other hand, the SM63 has been designed for handheld use on stages and broadcast, recording and TV studios, it is perfect for reporters, sports broadcasts and other situations where longer microphones are necessary. And finally, the Shure VP88 is a single-point stereo condenser microphone for use in professional recording studio, field recording, electronic news capture, and broadcast studio applications.
Shure continues to provide broadcast and media production professionals with all the products they may need today in increasingly demanding environments. From portable solutions and microphones or headsets for specific applications, to wireless systems designed to overcome the biggest spectrum challenges.
