Patricia Ferruz, new director of the Ono Residential area

The executive, who has extensive experience in sectors such as telecommunications, Media and TV, consumer and retail, will assume responsibility for the operator's Residential business.

Ono announced this Thursday the appointment of Patricia Ferruz as the new Residential Director, a position from which she will lead a key area for the company that encompasses all its private clients.

The executive, who will report to CEO Rosalía Portela, has extensive experience in commercial, marketing and customer management areas, developing her professional career in the telecommunications and cable operators, Media and TV, and consumer and retail sectors.

“We value the incorporation of Patricia Ferruz very positively and we consider that her extensive professional experience will bring great value to our organization, enhancing our ability to provide the best service to our clients and promoting the improvement of our commercial offers, from the direction of a key area for ONO,” commented Rosalía Portela.

Patricia Ferruz ha desarrollado su carrera profesional principalmente en la empresa de consultoría McKinsey & Company en la que hasta ahora era socia especializada, entre otros, en empresas de telecomunicaciones. Ferruz es Ingeniero Industrial por la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña y MBA por el MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
