Production of the adaptation of 'The Mysteries of Laura' begins in the United States

Also, Debra Messing (Will y Grace, Smash) will be the actress who will play Inspector Lebrel, who in the American version will be called Laura Diamond. Laura's mysteries, which in the American adaptation will be set in New York City, is a police comedy, with self-contained chapter plots and others in continuity involving love and family, which narrates the adventures of Laura Lebrel, a modern-day woman who combines her professional career as a brilliant inspector with her personal life.
This TVE series, which is currently offering its third season on La 1, has also crossed borders and has been seen on several international television stations. Furthermore, it is not the first time that 'The Mysteries of Laura' has been adapted abroad. A few months ago the series began its journey in Russia with an adaptation by the production company Starmedia Film, which will soon premiere on Channel 1.
