Radio 3 programming will sound from this week in high quality through its DTT channel. With Radio 3 HQ the digital signal will arrive without noise or distortions, and will also include information about each program through the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) service. A new advance from RNE's musical and cultural station, which can also be listened to through FM, on the Internet and from anywhere with its exclusive application for mobile devices.
Radio 3 continues to innovate and this week has begun to distribute its signal in HQ (High Quality). A new format (MPEG-1 Layer 2 at 320Kbps) that allows Radio 3 listeners to listen to programs like never before. A digital signal with a superior dynamic range, without noise or distortion.
In addition, Radio 3's broadcast on the DTT channel will incorporate information on the programs that are broadcast at all times through the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) service, which also makes it the first Spanish station with information in EPG.
Radio 3 continues to focus on innovation. Among other projects, in recent months it has launched Radio 3 Extra, a container of audiovisual and multimedia spaces alternative to the station's programming. It has also launched an application for mobile devices, phones and digital tablets, a pioneer for radio media, which allows listeners to enjoy the station's programming and the content of Radio 3 Extra.
