Walt Disney Studios Park has used the EOS Cinema system to record several videos in 4K resolution for the new attraction Ratatouille: Rémy's Totally Crazy Adventure. To do this, he used a combination of five EOS C500 and EOS-1D C SLR cameras, along with a wide range of Canon lenses, including more than twenty EF-L series and EOS Cine lenses. The videos have been made by the French director Sébastien Devaud, one of the pioneers in the use of SLR cameras for video recording.

After testing different brands and products, Disney finally selected the EOS Cine cameras to carry out a project that involved a very demanding recording environment with constant changes in light, 3D projection,... Thanks to its compact size, the EOS-1D C They rode on the ratmobiles (rat-shaped vehicles) of the attraction, with various “on-board” devices specially designed for this work.
