The I-Movix X10 ultra-slow motion camera, now with a wireless option
Laurent Renard, CEO of I-Movix, highlighted that coinciding with NAB 2015, “we now introduce the X10 UHD RF wireless camera system, capable of capturing reality more closely, singing a whole world of sensations at thousands of frames per second, with live stream and replay and using standard RF equipment.”
The new RF X10 UHD option further expands the operational flexibility of the UHD X10 system. This proposal will allow wireless capture at very high frame rates in ultra slow motion in sports productions. Enabling live and repeat operation with standard RF equipment, the solution is lightweight, convenient and as easy to operate as the other systems in the product range.
In Las Vegas, I-Movix will show the first 4K ultra-slow motion camera system with continuous support for super slow motion and ultra slow motion at frame rates of up to 1,000 fps.
Combining X10 ultra-motion technology with Vision Research's Phantom Flex4K camera, the X10 UHD can be instantly reconfigured for HD and 4K environments. The X10 UHD now increases dynamic range, further increasing the camera's versatility in many different lighting conditions. With noise levels reduced to provide even sharper images, the X10 UHD now supports higher frame rates in SSM (continuous mode), further extending the performance advantage over other slow motion cameras.
