In the list that the Ministry of Finance has just made public with 4,855 individuals or legal entities that owe the Tax Agency more than one million euros, numerous companies in the audiovisual sector appear. The list includes a total of 345 individuals and 4,510 companies whose debt together amounts to 15.6 billion. Of these, 700 million would correspond to individuals and 14,900 to companies (some of them already immersed in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings). In this list, the Treasury has included those companies whose debt, as of July 31 of this year, exceeded one million euros and was not deferred or suspended.

The list includes media such as Intereconomía that have a debt of 10.2 million euros (7.30 from Intereconomía Corporación and 2.9 from Intereconomía Tv); Radio Television Los Barrios (1.23); Noroeste Media Network, parent company of Radio Líder (1.06); Premsa Catalana (14.68), former editor of the newspaper Avui; o Mediapubli Sociedad de Publicaciones y Ediciones, former editor of the newspaper Público (1.62).

Regarding the film sector, we find production companies and exhibitors such as Abaco Cine (with a debt of 1.13 million); the former manager of the City of Light, Aguamarga Gestión de Estudios (1.21); Caligarifilms (1.59), Dreams Cinema (2.30), Estudios Alga (2.66), Iberoamericana Films Produccion (1.41), Vértice Cine (1.04), Ivex Films (1.60) or LaurenFilm (8.16).

In the list, Cristóbal Montoro's ministry also includes two companies linked to businessman José Luis Moreno dedicated to the production and rental of studios Alba Adriatica (1.54) and Kulteperalia (1.93).
The Treasury also includes technology companies such as Alba Technology (5.62), Blusens Technology (4.61) or Broadcast Sistemas SA (1.43).

As far as audiovisual and post-production services are concerned, there are companies such as Imasblue Studio (2.08), Infinia (1.65), Sadil SA (1.09) and Vértice Tres Hundred Setenta Grados (10.82). Also included is the company dedicated to audiovisual and sports rights Grupo Santa Mónica Sports (11.99).

One of the companies that appears on the Treasury's list of defaulters is the Secuoya group. The company chaired by Raúl Berdonés appears in the list published by the Treasury with a debt to the treasury of 2.29 million euros. Although the specifications for the public tender for the award of six national open DTT licenses, published in the BOE on April 18, established as required that the successful bidder be "up to date in compliance with its tax and Social Security obligations", finally one of the successful bidders was Secuoya.

From Secuoya they explain that the company requested a postponement on April 20, which was approved by the Treasury on August 3, three days after the closure of the already famous list and before on October 16 the Council of Ministers made public the resolution of the licenses for the new channels.

The group, in this case through its company CBM, was also awarded last March the broadcast of programs, news and marketing of advertising on Murcian regional television.
