Buenafuente en 'Late Motiv'

This Monday, with Pedro Almodóvar as a guest, Andre Buenafuente premieres a new late night that on this occasion will be broadcast by Movistar+. On a black piano floor, with a live band, and great guests on set, every night at 11 p.m., from Monday to Thursday, Buenafueste will lead Late Motive. This new show will be produced by El Terrat and can be followed from January 11 on dial 7 of the platform and very soon, from February 1, it will be part of the new #0 of Movistar+. Buenafuente will have a large team of collaborators, including Berto Romero, Silvia Abril, David Broncano and David Suárez.

Andreu Buenafuente recognizes that "we want to do a late show in its purest form, revive late in the most orthodox format possible. Do it on a set like this, which broadcasts the show, with a live band, with the desk, the skyline behind... We want orthodoxy but in 2016, for example, promoting the use of technology, making this format current."

For the first time, Buenafuente and his team leave the sets of El Terrat in Barcelona to move to Madrid. "We came to Madrid. I requested the transfer. We want to open a new stage, to be on TV feeling part of it, to contact other professionals. All of this reconnects me with the job," admits the showman.

Live music will play a predominant role in the new space with an orchestra of a dozen musicians. Buenafuente points out that “when I have made programs without music I have always thought that deep down the program was like an amputee, and that made me somewhat sad. Late Motive We will have the excitement of the band and great live performances. “Music is a very good element of the show.”

The set will have a large video wall from which different skylines that viewers will send of their cities will be shown throughout the hour that the space lasts.
